As a psychotherapist with a background in career and talent development, I specialize in supporting individuals through personal and professional transitions. My experience includes working with parents balancing family-work file, teenagers facing eating disorders, and neurodivergent adults facing job transitions.

I understand the importance of individuals step into a new role or a new challenge as confident, compassionate leaders — fostering stronger, healthier connections with their professional life while navigating the challenges of modern family life.
My therapeutic approach blends person-centered and holistic techniques to help clients build resilience, self-awareness, and emotional flexibility. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thought patterns, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to cultivate self-compassion and values-based action, and narrative therapy to reframe personal stories into meaningful, empowering narratives.

I created the musical sports therapy program, grounded in the belief that humans connect more deeply through leisure and that music — as a universal language — encourages authentic emotional expression, self-regulation, and connection.

My mission is to create a supportive and collaborative space where life’s challenges become opportunities for growth, connection, and lasting change.
